Why doesn't meta activity contribute to the Beta badge?
I'm curious to know why meta activity doesn't contribute to the Beta badge. Surely if a person is active on meta, they're still actively contributing to the site by participating in meta discussion?

Why does no one have the "beta" badge?
Awarded 0 times! But plenty of people have voted 10 times, added 3 posts over 0 score and came on 3 seperate days! Why has no one, myself included, earned this badge? Is this a bug?
